Chef Michael
Chef Michael has been in the food service industry for over 39 years. His studies were mainly focused in French cuisine but his style is Art Nouveau. Art Nouveau is a combination of culinary styles from around the world and their traditional ingredients presented in a nontraditional way.
Jodi - Function Coordinator
Jodi has been in the food service industry for over 32 years. She has served in high end restaurants to seasonal locations and establishments that specialize in weddings and large functions. She is very good at organizing and pays attention to detail. She wants to make your event special.
